I can't ask for better service. Always willing to come and get my car to take for service. I always receive a verbal explanation of the service preformed so I have a clear understanding. My car is always returned in perfect shape, no grease on the steering wheel or dirt carried into the car.

I had an appointment for our 22 Equinox oil change at 4:00 Matt called to ask if we would like to come in earlier at 230 because of a coulple cancellations he recieved. we asked if he could also service our 18 Silverado about he same time. he said work that out too..my wife and I both drove there and had the work done by the friendly helpful staff of Murphys. it was very nice to get both vehicles done on same day. I have a tire that obviously didn’t wear properly. I don’t drive enough annual miles for it to be noticed before the warranty expired. More of a manufacturer issue i know but the dealership is who I see so who I blame.

Very disappointed that Chevrolet doesn’t stand behind their vehicles. My 1 ton pickups tailgate makes a loud noise when it goes up. 42,000 miles on it. Been told GM won’t do anything.

Pleasant check in at the service counter. Service appt took the expected amount of time. Please wipe off the counters/Tables in the waiting area where customers sit-- upper counter area where the stools are. Every time I come in, I bring wipes and clean the counter before I sit up there. Always dirty. Clean and sanitize Counter area & Small tables in the waiting area a lot. Lots of customers there on a daily basis -- coughing, sneezing, etc. Thanks

Stoped in had an engine code read, was a glow plug. Only took a few minutes, scheduled an appointment. Brought truck in said it would take about an hour. Came back in about a hour and truck was done a few minutes later. Great Service!!
